The uninterrupted reading of Herman Melville’s book “Moby Dick” will take place in three hours and forty-five minutes, in a version translated and adapted by Pedro Alves and Tiago Patrício.
This mini marathon will take place simultaneously with the New Bedford Whaling Museum, the Angra do Heroísmo Museum, the Whale Factory of Porto Pim in Faial, the National Library of Cape Verde, and at NOVA FCSH. We will all be connected to dedicate our attention and share the importance of this literary work.
